This tax is a contribution required by the city to finance local infrastructure and tourist service projects.

Details of tax:

Value: €1.00 per person, per night till maximum 5 nights.
Who pays: All guests over 13 years old.

Please note that this tax is not included in the delivery rate and will be charged separately.

A security deposit of 300,00€ will be requested at check-in for each apartment, a security deposit that will be returned after check-out after checking the unit.

Bookings

Booking policy and cancellations:

  • 100% of the payment is requested at the time of booking for stays less than 60 days before the date of entry.
  • 50% non-refundable are requested for the purpose of guaranteeing the reservation for bookings more than 60 days prior to the date of entry.
  • Full refund 60 days before the date of entry.
  • The remaining 50% will be requested 60 days before the entry date.

Our apartments in Rua da Bica are all PET FRIENDLY. A special cleaning and allergy fee of 40,00€ per pet per stay is required. Payment is made at the time of check-in in cash.
